Under the thread's equalized speed, purely fist-fight stipulations, I'd say Supergirl is physically superior [strength/durability], while Thor is technically superior [skill], but not concretely enough to make up for the gap.
Supergirl wins.

Definitely has some skill. I think Thor deserves the nod though, based on holding his own with Captain America.

We're talking something I remember from a decade ago. Sounded like he was depowered, so I just assumed Donald, but I'm guessing you know more then I do here.

I know over a year old, but you're wrong. Being braced for getting punched is not the same as what happened to Thor. A better analogy would be drunk drivers are more likely to survive a crash. Them not being braced actually reduces the potential severity of their injuries.
So, Thor being unconscious would actually have helped him, not hindered him.
Granted I'm basing this off what I've seen here and not the full scene.
