Personally, I think Sagat stomps him.
Ken was never really relevant after Dark Houdou came into it, and both Ryu and Sagat just kept getting stronger. No real reason to believe Ken kept pace, especially with family duties cutting into his training time.
Certain media says different. Such as Street Fighter III: Ryu Final claiming Ken mastered "nothingness", or whatever you call it. Ryu lost a spar, surprised at Ken's changes.
And then there's Street Fighter the Animated Series where it was Ken who defeated Akuma, and not Ryu.
Obviously, both completely non canon, as awesome as they were.

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it.
