It seems like his argument is:

- Banner stated that Hulk has infinite energy
- Hulk was created by a gamma bomb
- Therefore, gamma bombs have infinite energy

I don't even know if Banner actually said that or not (and if he did, it's almost certainly hyperbole... probably the most generous interpretation would be that Banner couldn't find/calculate an upper limit to the Hulk's potential strength, but that doesn't make it literally infinite).

And even so, isn't that like saying that since Superman is powered by the sun, that means the sun has more power than every character that Superman ever beat? Kind of a silly argument.

Also, considering carver's Dragonball fanboyism, I wonder if he thinks the Hulk is stronger than Goku, which he would have to be if he was literally infinite. Unless he thinks Goku's strength is above infinite, LOL.

Goku kills Hulk but that doesn't mean Hulk isn't abstract since he just melted an abstract level armor and is ripping through a skyfather.

Isn't "abstract" just shorthand for "embodiment of an abstract concept," like: Eternity, Infinty, Death, Oblivion, Master Order, and Lord Chaos?

The whole thing with abstracts is that they don't have physical bodies, so they have to rely on m-bodies to interact with others. Eternity is the Universe, not the mouthpiece we associate him with.

So if a Celestial leaves behind a corpse then they have bodies, and therefore they can't be abstracts.

And as far as I'm aware they have never been referred to as abstracts.

DB just works differently. Example. Instant transmission is instantaneous movement but there are beings in DB that is still faster than it. Doesn't make sense but it happens, in comics. Jiren shook infinity with just a fraction of his power which means he is more powerful than what he infinitely showed before and there was someone still stronger than him.

With that said, yes, Goku kills Hulk, easily.

The scene you're using js unquantifiable. The only way we can quantify it is on what it destroyed or harmed and we both saw how that turned out. Plus, again, gamma in Marvel, especially Hulk gamma isn't just a physical attack. Been said on occasions that it's just different.

It's not about them being killed, it's about them leaving a body.

But you indirectly raise a very good point. Because when the Beyonders killed the Living Tribunal he left a corpse, which was used by Valeria Richards to construct the hull of the ship they escaped in.
