Read the issue and you all are making it seem like something it isn't. Yes, it said that Thor held back but the same thing have ALWAYS been said about the Hulk except on Umar planet. Also, Thor amped Hulk is a beast which is all that needs to be said. Magics across the entire universe couldn't hold him. He would one punch kill Superman and no being except a Thor amped Hulk or an Hulk amped Thor could stop these two. They are the most powerful beings in the universe
Now say that ten times fast.

All we know is, Thor took it easy on Hulk this entire time even held Mjolnir back.

And Hulk took it easy as well 🤷🏾♂️
Bill is also talking about the past on earth which doesn't dictate what happened in this realm.

Also, doesn't this mean that Thor held back in ALL of his fights?

You should read New Mutants from today. Magik-centric stuff/updates.

Not related to the newest events, but I'm gonna re-post this just for ODG just because you mentioned Drake:

Xmarks counting out the (at the time) 7 confirmed omega level mutants in 2008:

The following uses of the term all occur after the meaning outlined above is applied to the use of the term Omega mutant and serve as official confirmation of the character as an Omega mutant.

----------
The one-off use of the word "omega" in 1986, "Class Omega Contact" about Rachel. Nimrod is not referring to the later defined Alpha, Beta, Epsilon system used by Apocalypse, nor is he alluding to the same meaning as was written in 2001.
[img=http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/9538/11yd0.th.jpg]
Nimrod identified non-mutants as "Contacts." Which means the classification used, applied not only to mutants but to non-mutants as well. And therefore the use of the phrase "Class Omega Contact" does not hold the same meaning as the use of the word "omega" in the context of mutants exclusively 15 years subsequently.
Additionally, the Nimrod's classification is based upon how much of a threat the person, mutant or non-mutant, is to Nimrod.

The entry for Rachel Summers in The 198 Files , the same type of entry as the ones above for Iceman, Elixir, Quentin Quire, Franklin and Mr M:
[img=http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/7885/rachelnooba5.th.jpg]
No mention of the term Omega mutant.
And I'm unaware of anything else, since 2001, that would label her an Omega.
There are no other instances where the term Omega mutant has been applied unambiguously to characters, without qualifiers such as potentially or possibly.
The officially confirmed 7 Omegas are therefore:
Jean Grey
Iceman (Bobby Drake)
Kid Omega (Quentin Quire)
Mister M (Absolom Mercator)
Franklin Richards
Vulcan (Gabriel Summers)
Elixir (Josh Foley)
(On a side-note, 'twas funny looking through that old Omega mutant thread.)
Now there are... double that? just among the Krakoa mutants. Presumably triple with the addition of the Arrako mutants: Genesis, Isca, and those other Great Ring members are each omega.
I guess Franklin's x gene is retconned so maybe he doesn't count. But Storm, Magneto, Exodus are each added to the ranks iirc. And I think I've seen Cable be called both alpha and omega, not sure where that's at.
Plus Jamie Braddock is missing from the above list.

So... 7 in 2008, 13 in 2019, now... 18? in 2022 because of Arakko.
Plus any Krakoa mutants that have snuck onto the list. Ie, Magneto just called Forge an "Omega technopath", not sure if we can take that as the official word on his omega status (particularly when Forge used to be the actual textbook example of alpha status)

Was that term coined afterwards?

I think it was coined the next year. Apocalypse used a similar-but-different categorization system iirc... and obviously, Sunspot was part of the 12 but not omega, for instance.

Bishop was also part of the twelve and barely meta, it had more to do with power sets than anything
