Carvchocolate, that's a noob Hal, and Batman needed to trick him in a non-combat situation, taking him by surprise. That's like Cap lifting Thor's mjolnir as they're chilling in the Avengers Mansion, and saying "A-Ha! Cap can just take it at will Point Proven! #PhonePostingIdiot". Both Cap and Batman would be turned to atoms if Thor/Hal would face them, and they'd never be able to take their ring.

In Wonder Woman's case, in actual combat, her one-dimensional weapon can be taken at will by somebody who can dodge her and disarm her of it, as Power Girl for example has done:
The only ones in which the lasso's ability matters are the ones that need to get close and don't have the speed to defend, like the Hulks of the world.

I dont do that though. I always say that if a character of a lower tier beat a character of a higher tier, that's more of a high showing for the character vs a low showing for the high tier character. I think i know where you are going with this but it does not apply here.
The only things I want to see you post are: Hulk wins or Batman wins. And stop arguing with Pr. Tree fiddy only buys you so much protection from his Irish hooliganism.

The tiers are not there for individual match-ups, they're there to show overall formidability. I know your feeble neuron cannot go past "HULK IS STRONG!", but a one-dimensional lasso whose ability is "if you're closed in it, you cannot leave, sometimes, and have to do what she says" does not make one move up tiers. There's a shitload of characters who can neutralize it -- teleport it away, remove it from her, physically defend with shields, telekinesis, etc. etc.
You're seeing everything through your Hulk is Hulk lens and, for the umpteenth time, just because Hulk is helpless against yet another character, does not make that character abstract.
