Quality trolling here, 8/10.

Bingo.

If that had been a non-White ass flashed, the chances of a beating would have gone up drastically.

No, it is public. Which is why you can find this information on many different news sites. However, obtaining the original documentation, which appears to be classified, is what you'll have problems getting in your hands.

Feel free to contact Politico for their confidential documentation. I highly doubt they will share it.

You may also get something with the Freedom of Information Act of there are declassified documents you can consume if you're a US Citizen.

Nah surely Politico would share it, dipshit leftists whine about transparency all the time. When have they ever not practiced what they preached?

The thing is, the supreme court has already specifically ruled that Nazis chanting racist things while wearing symbols of hatred and oppression is constitutionally protected unless they're DIRECTLY inciting/calling for violence. Now as to whether or not getting right up in someones face shouting/chanting while banging a drum would qualify as provocation(no one is saying he was making a call to violence) is something that a judge would need to rule on.

I wouldn't think so, he's not invading anyone's personal space so it doesn't seem nearly as aggressive.

No, it isn't protected speech what Philips did. You're not allowed to get in someone's face like that. It's just that the MAGA people are "good ol' boys" and are too stupid to press charges against Philips for assault. Seems like an open and shut case.

quote:
Assault does not necessarily involve a physical attack. Assault is any action that causes the other person to fear bodily harm. It can be a slap, a punch or a shove, but it can also be a verbal threat of violence, aggressive posturing (a raised fist, jabbing a finger) or yelling angrily in someone’s face. Simple assault is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to 180 days in jail.

An in host document, is not an official public proclamation. We are just going round in circles. Antifa are still allowed to assemble and demonstrate. An officially classified terrorist group would not be.

Correct which is why they corroborated with Politico to make it public.

We are going around in circles but it is due to you not being honest in this conversation.

You're wrong. This is the USA, not the UK. We have freedom of assembly and freedom of speech built into our constitution as "inalienable rights." The burden is on the "state" to prove impropriety on an organization's part before they are allowed to bust up a private assembly. As we clearly saw in the Politico article, the FBI and DHS work with local law enforcement when terrorist activities are about. Placing police in the correct direction, intervening, or making arrests where appropriate.

For example, this cooperation allowed the finding and capture with this antifa man before he could set off his bombs:

Also, this:

"White man kills black man, shouldn't be spoken in the same sentence as MAGA hats arguing with an upset old man from a culture that was destroyed etc."

I agree. It takes at least a paragraph to talk about those things, not a single sentence.

im not wrong i can give plenty of examples where groups have been pevented from assembling in the us. I guarantee Isis for example would not be allowed a branch in the us.

Iirc, that happened, some Conservative argued against open-to-all forums in colleges on the grounds that a group like ISIS would then be covered under the same umbrella of protection and could use that to spread it's message and to possibly recruit. Trying to recall the thread the story was posted in, was a couple years back.

Also promise you, the same people who lose their marbles whenever a bigoted pedophile-apologist shitlord like Milo is barred from speaking at a college, would flip their shit if an ISIS recruiter was allowed on stage.

Philips didn't do any of that.
