Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Brainwave Jr had the chops to TP assault him enough but since he lacked the defense it would turn for Xavier quickly.
Brainwave Snr would be xavier equal roughly.
Starro wasnt a TPer (I know that has changed though).
I would say Ultra Humanite and MMH were both a bit behind Xavier. For all the lip service that said Ultra was Brainwave Snr equal (most from Ultra) we only have the one actual battle between and since that was when BW was basically still in Limbo after months(and had been mentally helping his son from there the entire time) a dimension that Saps those there of their will power -proven by how it affected Hal and Alan) and Ultra had just returned Hank king was hardly operating at his peak and his feats were certainly well above Ultra

you think despero can really rape charlie? maybe, but i'm not 100% sure. i think despero is stronger, but i don't think it would be a rape. charlie has some pretty crazy tp feats.
I also wouldn’t say rape, he controlled a planet in which Professor X couldn’t, but he could transmit messages across it which fairs “okay” against Despero.
He pretty casually mind raped MMH and Aquaman simultaineously and they jointly TP assaulted him first. I dont See Jonn as Xavier level but IMHO he isnt that far behind. Him plus Arthur is certainly enough to show he could do it to Charles IMO.

sure, like i said, i think he would overcome charles, but that combo fight was off-panel so not really sure how despero won it exactly. i just don't see despero rape/stomping charlie. /shrug
