Kueller and Count Dooku stand 10 Feet apart from each other.

Who wins?

You'd be wrong.

Luke would make short af work with Dooku, as skilled as he is.

Ya - Luke would.

But Kueller fought an injured-Luke - and Dooku was considered to be the greatest swordsman in the Order, closely behind Yoda.

I don't think Kueller's Down Syndrome helps him against Dooku's skill.
