Even though I'm 100% sure Cruise would win via one (maybe two) hard slaps, I can't see Cruise going through with this; he's still a huge star; there's really nothing for him to gain here.
Bieber has some legit boxing skills. Cruise has some legit wrestling and striking skills. Bieber is in good shape, so is Tom. Tom is twice his age. **** it, Crazy Tom wins.

Against a 25-year old, he might.
If it's an MMA fight, it won't likely be about endurance anyway - Cruise could just submit Bieber quickly.
If Cruise and his trainers are smart, they'll rely on that over attempting a long drawn-out boxing match, which over time could give Bieber an opportunity for outlasting Cruise in energy.
But with Cruise's wrestling-background, a submission is likely, and could end Bieber quickly.

All I'm saying is, he's able to swim (I.e. engage in physical activity) for six minutes straight, without taking a single breath. That's...Kinda crazy. Of course, he wouldn't have to do anything similar in a fight, but it just goes to show his endurance levels are pretty high.
That's two entire boxing rounds without drawing breath, lol.
Not saying Biebs doesn't have the cardio chops. But having seen some interviews with Cruise where he goes through his routine (it includes fencing, rock climbing etc) I wouldn't be too sure on Biebs.
Cruise is actually only 2 inches taller. I assumed Bieber was taller than that, so maybe his reach isn't actually quite as much longer than I thought. It APPEARS that proportion-wise Cruise's arms are also still shorter. How do we find their actual wingspan?
I also just believe Cruise can take more punishment. Would one punch from Bieber knock him out?
