Can the Force be used to cure mental illnesses?
Mental illnesses e.g. depession and PSTD, are as bad as physical illnesses because doctors developed medications called antidepressants to treat them. Can Jedi or Sith use the Force to cure and heal themselves of that stuff?

Can the Force be used to explain why the techno-heavy futuristic galaxy still hasn't cured the aging process or built a Matrioshka brain to power a star-sized computer that would run the galaxy and let everybody live in a galaxy-sized simulation?
Yeah, I guess "not a very creative franchise" isn't the cheeriest of answers.
