Brock Sampson -VS- Midnighter
Midnighter is given an assignment to capture Dr. Thaddeus Venture and the Venture Brothers - he believes they are terrorists and he is instructed to kill any bodyguard that gets in the way.
While visiting New York City, Brock is tipped off by a friend and is given all information on Midnighter's skills and abilities.
He prepares for Midnighter, luring him to a deserted Time Sqaure at night.
Brock Sampson is armed with his knife.
Midnighter is unarmed and dressed in his costume.
Both combatants can see each other.
This is a Hand-to-hand fight to the death - bloodlusted; no morals.
Who wins?
