Weakest who can beat Krillin?

I think those were both filler scenes. The plane and hitting cell with the disk. And imperfect cell was weaker than a super saiyan when he first showed up and resulted to hit and run strategy

He wasn't weaker then a super saiyan, since he killed Trunks to get to the past.

Yeah.

If he managed to activate it, he'd be able to out-maneuver Krillin for a few seconds, but that's about it. I don't think it would give him a decisive advantage overall.
