Well, assuming Rhodey's armor functions like Tony's, hitting him with lightning is a terrible idea. And Storm ain't bulletproof from what I can recall. So, I am going to go with War Machine for now, but am open to hearing arguments for Storm. Been a while since I watched the original X-Men trilogy, so maybe I am forgetting something.
