Nah, those aren't my intentions. It could be sexual in nature but based on his wording, he's far more worried about other stuff. There's stuff in there that is so terrible to make him scared out of his mind (did you see his reaction when pressed in that MSNBC interview? Scared shitless). Something worse than sexually assaulting a young staffer in the hall is in there and that should have people worried.
