I'm saying if you're gonna play this game of "precedent set" then...the precedent is set. Not only for democrats, but for *everyone*. And no not only during times when republicans control the senate, but for *all* times.
You're on board with this of course, right? If years from now a republican is accused during a time the dems control the senate, you will be here saying "well wait the precedent was set we don't do this" if the dems want an investigation, correct?

Lol. Weasel words. They weren't in control during the Kavanaugh smear and they still whined and made requests. They could indeed request an official investigation here. Even if they didn't get one they could point to the fact they made a request. Suddenly they don't see virtue signaling as a thing they wanna do?

I did find one article that said the only reason people know about this is because left wing media outlets are covering it, and implied that most right wing papers are covering it up.
I generally try to stay away from the right wing/left wing stuff but that one didn't seem 2 be very accurate from what ive seen so far.
Well I mean I've seen fox discuss it. As well as dailywire and blaze. National Review too.
I don't think right wing sites were the first to break it, mostly because the accuser seems to be a leftist. So it would make sense she wouldn't go to fox.
Most of the right wing coverage doesn't even seem to be saying "I believe her". It's more wondering if Joe Biden will be held to the same standards as people like Kavanaugh.

If you ever wanted confirmation of a conspiracy theory then look no further than Search Engine Optimization from CNN where they explicitly silence stories critical of Biden. What more evidence do you need, Democrats, for leaving your party?
At the very least the days of people balking when told CNN is no better than fox are over with.
Oh, went to MSNBC and typed Joe Biden into the search engine. Nothing on the allegation. They do have a story on their front page about Billie Eilish and Mariah Carey live streaming from their homes. Technically it is coronavirus related cuz they are home cuz of it, but is it more important than the shoe in for the democrat nominee being accused of finger banging someone against their will?
Oh and there is a story about how the far right uses social media to take their message mainstream. Again: more newsworthy? Nah. Oh I see something about restrictive voter ID laws in Alabama tho.

What more evidence do Democrats need that the Democratic Party controls most of the Mainstream Media and that there is a conspiracy to put certain candidates in the White House?
