Yeah, it was discussed plenty of times on KMC. It's one big incoherent mess.
While it's possible to narrow it down when Herc got re-powered back to full power/immortality, it's not exactly clear.

So what I learned from this thread is 1: in addition to all his failings, Failberto's English was even worse than I remember, and 2: Herc might be from ancient Geece but it seems he won't do anything sober.
