Something that can destroy rocks and mud > Rocks and Mud
Yes?
I’m saying that Naruto’s durability scales to Sakura’s punches. Not 1 to 1 but he takes multiple enraged Sakura punches and is ultimately fine.
You can’t really scale anything in Avatar to that level of strength, she could punch through the air ships in the Finale and win the war in seconds.
Naruto could react to Sasuke and by Shippuden he was faster than Kakashi could react to who in turn could chase down lightning. That is way faster than Zuko aim dodging Azula’s attack and taking a couple steps to get in the way of her lightning.
And that is being super generous and giving “magical” (either bending or if I ever argued Lightning Jutsu natural Lightning’s speed)
Child Kakashi cut the lightning bolt, and he was getting blitzed by nameless Jounin of the Cloud and first act Naruto could react to Sasuke who was so fast Yamato couldn’t keep up with him (an Elite Anbu).
Has Sakura ever actually hit Naruto with a full punch and its not for comedic relief?
Because if we're using that logic, then his 6 year old daughter Himawari is Ōtsutsuki++ level, because in Boruto she punched Naruto when she unlocked her Byakugan and knocked him out for the entire day of his Hokage coronation. This is after he gained complete control and reached his highest level. When his kindergarten daughter KOd him.
she struck him in his vital chakra point which multiple times in the series are told is instant death regardless of power. The fact it’s played as a joke for Naruto is more about how durable he is.
Lee’s entire character is about trying to find a way to deal with Gentle Fist, which despite his speed and power he could never defeat. I mean you can downplay how Ninja Jesus with a demon inside him could survive it means it’s not strong if you want but it isn’t backed up by the canon. We literally have seen individual finger taps kill people in the series.
And Himawari one shotting him with her first ever use of Byakugan is canon as well. Happened in the manga as well as the anime. So if we take joke stuff into canon, then a 6 year old can KO the strongest Hokage the Leaf village has had in decades and Himawari b*tched Naruto for an entire day on accident.
Sakura never hit him with the intent of hurting him like she did enemy Shinobi. It was comedic filler.
No. And even if the answer were yes, it would still be totally irrelevant to the topic at hand.
It's obvious what you're saying. What's being pointed out to you is that it's nonsense. Sakura's earth-shattering punches aren't even the result of superhuman strength; it's a jutsu that explosively releases chakra at the point of contact. It's an extremely deliberate application of chakra; not the sort of thing that could cause undue harm accidentally. And the idea that Sakura would intentionally hit Naruto with anything close to that degree of attack "because he annoyed her" is inane to even suggest.
Don't even know where to start with this.
For one thing, in the instance where Yamato "couldn't keep up" with Sasuke's speed, Naruto was the target, and he also failed to respond. Nothing that happened during that encounter suggested that Naruto was faster than Yamato.
Secondly, Kakashi severed the lightning bolt by using Raikiri. Raikiri is a hyper-fast thrusting attack which is explicitly so fast that it requires the enhanced kinetic vision of the Sharingan to be able to adjust its trajectory mid-dash. Furthermore, Kakashi's lightning bolt feat was a legendary event that he is internationally famous for. There is no evidence whatsoever that suggests that Naruto at this point would be capable of replicating it.
In fact, there's contrary evidence: it was stated by Black Zetsu that it would be impossible for Itachi, someone much faster than this Naruto, to dodge--let alone outpace--natural lightning. Which was then demonstrated to be true by Kirin.
No, he was trying to find a way to beat Neji, who was far and away the best gentle fist user of his generation.
You do know that he took a barrage of sixty four of those attacks from an actual gentle fist specialist when he was a kid, right?
So you're essentially telling me that getting hit with a pickaxe is worse than getting 200 tons of rock dropped on you. Because a pickaxe can break rocks. Brilliant.
If Red Tornado shoots a gust of Wind and Superman flew past you at a speed fast enough to make approximately the same gust damage that doesn’t mean Red Tornado’s gust is the same as if you actually got hit by Superman instead of just the gust.
Sakura isn’t using an Earth Ninjutsu/Bending those rocks, she is using pure power.
Literally no strength feats in Avatar support the idea that the amount of material one can bend is equivalent to their physical lifting ability.
