Never let anyone else define you. I've come to believe all dog advice on the internet is wrong.
One popular piece of advice:
"When a dog rolls over onto their back, they are being submissive."
Anyone who actually has a dog, can tell you that's bs. Snapping teeth, kicking claws, the whites in their eyes showing.
A similar one has you believe putting your hand over their nose is a sign of dominance.
Shaking the nose from side to side, snapping into the air.. Look at the submission.
