Thor. The axe is too offensively potent, and they both lack the speed/mobility to avoid it.

Step caught arrows and fought evenly in speed with WW (that's if your take is to scale vs to use visual speed).
Ares casually reacted to WW stabbing him with a sword
Ares teleported away from WW multiple times when she tried to get him.
They both shown incredible reflexes speed. Ares has shown incredible mobility.
With that said, Ares can easily control the axe and use it against Thor.
It was a rebuttal to the rebuttal against my argument that Ares will control the axe.
