You're confusing two things, why he was there pretending to be a medic (he wasn't), pretending to be 18 like the militia believed (he isn't), pretending to be allowed to carry the gun (he wasn't and isn't). We now have, medics and militia members (who one is saying were not even a well organised militia) wondering why the **** this kid was there. Then we have the fun and games of the defense built around his "running away", what we don't know is what he was doing there, he wasn't a medic, he didn't shouldn't have had a gun. We've only seen snippets of video for what he was doing all evening and those have a divided narrative of what is being seen. Let's let the court decide these games... I won't say fun as I find nothing funny about this Walter Mitty. His Larping isn't amusing.

I also like how you're posing these questions as rhetorical when they have a pretty clear cut answer - he pretended he was 18 so he could get a gun, allowing him to defend himself while cleaning the city being trashed by violent pedos and crackheads. A pretty solid case given that it counts as deescalation. The fact that someone in the mob chasing him fired a gun first guarantees him walking away from 1st degree charges.
Yes we do. He works as a life guard in that town, he was video'd and pictured cleaning streets, giving first aid and his last Samaritan act putting out a dumpster fire that was about to set lights to gas pipes was what prompted people to chat and shoot at him.
If he tried to put out that fire and didn't have the gun on him, he may very well have been killed or badly beaten.

Systemic racism doesn't explain why wealthy black men of the same class commit more violence than wealthy white men. It doesn't explain why they kill their spouses at disproportionate rates. It doesn't explain why black men rape 10000's of white women per year, while the opposite; white men raping black women, is almost a non existent figure. In fact, that figure alone refutes "systemic racism" being the reason for crime.
Yeah, it's racist to blame crime on white people or people of any other "race".
You know what else is racist? Making a claim that certain "races" are inherently dumb because of their genetics.

We're just left with "culture" and the heritability of intelligence being the factors. Blacks are dumber on average, this is a fact. It's far less dangerous to assume it's a them problem, rather than a someone else problem.
What if you are born in abject poverty without a dad, does that mean life is dictated solely by your own choices....seems to be there is that emersonian self reliance at play but you also are influenced by your enviroment as well.
