Thanks King for getting those feats of Yulaw's out, I haven't seen The One since theaters, so I figured I was missing some bigtime feats of his. Didn't realize the speed advantage for Yulaw was so severe.
Yulaw could bumrush parker with a blade or point blank firearm and Parker isn't dodging it. If Yulaw goes kung fu he loses. He goes straight for the kill and he has any kind of metal object and Parker is screwed
Maybe I'm missing something here, but didn't Spidey lose to Cap because of how inexperienced he was at fighting? Yulaw is faster than Cap and seems to be a better fighter.
He even struggled against Vulture. Not saying Yulaw wins but I don't think its a clear win for Spidey either.
He's been in a handful of fights. That's definitely more experience but not really that much. At least not enough to suddenly turn him into a very skilled fighter.
Its not like Yulaw has any experience fighting someone several magnitudes stronger and tougher than him either

No, but he has more impressive feats of fighting against skilled opponents who are at least around his level of physicality.
Spiderman defeated Bucky and Falcon who are clearly below him physically. Got defeated by Captain America. Almost lost against Vulture who isn't even superhuman. Lost the first time against Mysterio and only defeated him later on by using prep.
He has some pretty great strength and speed feats but he seems to have trouble applying these to a fight.
If a guy like Vulture can give him a fight then Yulaw is definitely not a sure win for him.
They may be below SpiderMan, but Bucky has both strength, durability and skill comparable to Yulaw.
Falcon can fly, has more weapons, and has bulletproof wings. Which Yulaw doesn't
He got defeated by Captain America using environment and his shield
Neither which Yulaw has.
Plus Cap by feats is stronger and more durable than Yulaw
So unless he has a convenient jetbridge nearby to drop on Peter's head, its an absolutely irrelevant point.
Yeah losing against Mysterio is so bad.°~° Especially when he has dozens of robotic drones that has several kinds of weapons and can generate high level illusions, with a convenient train track nearby. Nothing which Yulaw has. That's really relevant here?
And can Yulaw counter them unlike Peter?
Besides, what great prep did he have? Making a new suit to replace his damaged one? Increasing the taser web's voltage? Something which is his standard gear anyway?
Or what else did the suit have? Parachute? Wings? Again standard gear.
Besides, Peter did not have his usual suit when he fought Mysterio for the first time, another thing you conveniently forgot

Vulture isn't superhuman? WTF? That harness he is wearing isn't a fashion statement you know
You also conveniently forget this almost loss was after being in a goddamn plane crash. What's next? Cap and WS suck 'cause they got beat up by Tony Stark, and he's not superhuman?
Actually Peter giving Vulture a fight means Yulaw has no chance
Yulaw has one fight where he fought someone of his physicals, but with far less experience of using powers, and lost.
Every other times its ordinary humans, who can and have stood upto him
Going by your logic, Yulaw dies within seconds of fighting Spider Man because he was given trouble by two ordinary humans who dodged his attacks and fought back
Heck the cop is still conscious after he hit him with two motorcycles. And unlike Peter, he has zero reason to hold back. What a weakling eh?

With the exception of speed (where Yulaw has the advantage), you basically have to match Yulaw's high-ends with Peter's low-ends to make an argument for Yulaw winning here without him having some kind of bladed weapon or something.

Well yes, because I never claimed Yulaw wins. All I'm saying is that I don't think Spiderman wins this as easily as you guys think because I feel like you're focusing too much on singular feats of Spiderman and neglecting how he performs in fights.
It's not about bashing Spiderman but about being honest with his fight performances.

Vulture isn't superhuman that is accurate. He is like Iron Man in that aspect. But they are capable of fighting superhumans via technology.
Anyways, Spidey wins this fight.
