Angel Dust knocked Colossus out with that hit. And that wouldn't have destroyed a sewer.

Also, Logan got knocked out by a 9mm. That's a fact. Lower end but it's still a viable feat to use against him. And this will melt his entire face and brain. He's done .

She never knocked him out. She knocked him back, and she knocked him down, but he was never unconscious. Even Juggernaut who destroyed an entire bridge didn't knock him out.
He means the acid won't/can't burn Adamantium, so if the flesh and stuff is gone, it'll just drip off. Now, considering his flesh was growing back as Phoenix was disintegrating him down to the bone means it'll probably stay on him for a while, but if molecular disintegration doesn't stop him, acid won't. And there's no way for the acid to get into his brain. Origins isn't canon anymore so that big hole in his skull from Stryker's Adamantium bullet doesn't exist.
And the 9mm feat is still admissible, but Logan has tanked so much more damage to the skull without even slowing down that it's basically reaching at this point.
It was a weird scene, but they wanted to give an excuse for Pyro to blow shit up.

And that's not even getting into things like taking punches from Blob (whose fist stopped a tank shell), Juggernaut, shrugging off getting blasted through a solid wall by Gambit, or even just random shit like this, where he's barely fazed by debris from an explosion smacking him in the face:
