It's not a judgement really, the courts are there to sort out disputes, I just don't see what the meaningful dispute will be in this case, since the Supreme Court has already ruled on which ballots can be counted and which one can not.
Anyone wanna place a bet on whether or not Trump will fight this tooth and nail?
I say he will. Anyone brave enough to claim he won't?

Not much he can really do except maybe ask for recounts. He’s losing vía votes that came in on or prior to Election Day so even if he succeeding in getting the Supreme Court to void votes received in the coming days it wouldn’t help him.
But if by “fight” you mean “***** on twitter like a 13 year old girl” then yes I agree. He will.
I bet he tries to get the courts involved. It won't just be a twitter meltdown.

That may be true but the fact that millions if not tens of millions of ballots were sent out this time (even to people who didn't request them) makes it far different from any other election.
Also, it's not just all of these millions of suspicious mail-in ballots that influenced the election, but also how Big tech/social media interfered in our election by silencing conservatives, libertarians, and others on the right in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the election.
You think we've forgotten how they blocked The New York Post article about Hunter Biden? We haven't... neither has Trump and I'm almost 100% certain he'll make an issue out of it. The NYP is not some crazy tin-foil hat conspiracy paper.
So yeah, I think I'll go with the excuse that democrats have been using for the past four years for why Biden "won": election interference.
Democrats also engaged in ballot harvesting and no telling how many dead people they got to so.whow vote for them and illegal aliens as we.
There are many legitimate angles that Trump could come at this from to make a case.

You know, wouldn't it make more sense to keep count of the votes as they come in rather than wait for the election day? Because what's the point of the day, if the winner isn't declared until after X amount of time?
Couldn't edit so had to requote my post to fix errors.

Many if not most states did that. And we had some early election results that were kept quiet for some reason.
If you noticed, most first reports of votes had Biden winning big time because those were the early ballot votes. Biden was voted for in a ratio of about 2:1 in early voting.
That's why, this time, precincts reporting in sometimes started at 20% or 72% instead of 1%. However, Penn seems to have sat on their early votes "bigly."
