Potentially yes. The previous Afghan government was ridiculously corrupt. Heck their President ran off with like $100mill+.
There was a documentary from a couple of years ago with regular Afghans complaining about the level of corruption and implying that it was better under the Taliban because at least they weren't corrupt.
Plus you know a lot less drone strikes now. I'm sure those women you're so concerned about would choose a Burqa over being "accidentally" blown up in a drone strike. Or having their daughters kidnapped by warlords allied with the U.S. forces.
All this proves is how full of s*** Trump was. His campaign promise was specifically to end the wars.
He also made the deal with the Taliban last year, so he's not making any sense at all.

Trump promised to end the "forever wars" as a candidate in 2016, he had four years to do it Afghanistan the way he wanted, but he didn't. Biden managed to pull out 7 month into his 1st term
