Democrats could pass these in the House fairly easy, but would need some Republicans to cross party lines in the Senate, I doubt they'd get more than one or two on any of the points. Nothings going to change, ammophiles need t stop whinging.
Nothing's going to change, Republican Senators don't want to risk their NRA/gun lobby payments, they're scared of losing power, and frankly, they're probably a little scared that some Rightist will shoot them should they cross party lines and bans start happening.
Remember, after the 2012 Sandy Hook mass shooting, the top execs at the NRA were caught expressing fears over their own members:

I recall they wanted to commit the biggest mass murder in US history, they they initially had intended to use bombs, but when that failed they went to guns.
No, the story was they wanted to cause a big massacre because of the NRA's bullshit about having guns everywhere.
I mean, these assholes blamed violent video games like DOOM but not the availability of firearms.
Penn and Teller did a Bullshit episode on this where they took an 11 year old who likes playing GTA and COD to learn how to use a real fire arm to kill a squirrel, which he did. Spoiler alert, he cried.

the point was the ease in which they aquired the weapons. groups like the nra helped make it easy, and have only made it easier since then.

They should stop screwing over Bernie every time. Democrats seem to think that Biden was the safe bet to beat Trump, but there's no point in just kicking Trump out to let him back in 4 years later.
Bernie would have been a secure victory. After 4 years of him giving back to the people, there's no way his popularity would sink like this and no way he'd be voted out next election.
But that's the past, Biden needs to step up with some radical reforms via executive orders to win people back. Reforms which help people of course. And yes he needs executive orders. Quit acting like he can't do anything because of Joe Manchin.
