From what I've seen, Biden's been consistent that he would accept the election results however they fell. If someone has something saying otherwise, they can show it.
Right. He said he would play ball until the results were certified.
So if Trump gets some of the votes overturned in the recounts and takes the lead, Biden will fight it every step of the way until a final decision is made the the results certified.
