Any if the heavy hitters members of JLA solos. Hulk, Thor, Hyperion, hell, even Herc could put up a great fight.

Ghost Rider.

Ghost Rider alone would slaughter him (he has their weakness to fire). Not sure what the others could do though, as Apex could still wield things like the Still Force etc.
