Jim Carrey also played the Mask plus gets psycho killer instincts from the Cable Guy and Riddler combined with the unpredictability of Ace Ventura. Also the fighting skills he has from Kickass. He's actually a pretty nasty combination.

But he did and there was nothing Chuck could do about it. As Jack has his own Nephilim powers + Chucks God powers he is more powerful than Chuck.
