So, on my end: I can't participate in the tourney until mid-march (16 onwards).
Now, we're 7. There's a few ways we can do this:
- I match all 6 of you with each other (1v1s) in a few days. 3 people will win. The 3 people losing will get matched with each other in another match and one of them will advance, even if they lost their quarter final match (I'm actually surprised we never did this?)
or
- I match all 6 of you with each other in a few days. I find somebody for me and then you get a break until the 20th or so when I finish a match with somebody I find. Then we continue to the semis
or
- we can drag this out until then. gives everybody 2-3 weeks to read up on their picks.
Imo, the best solution will be the first (all 6 of you matching up) and by the time you finish I'll see what's what with my match or not.

Given how long this generally stretches out with posting and judging, I think I will be in the losers match, too. We'll see. Either way, I will put my tier picks in a bit and start drafting the match ups and characters.

As far as I understand, we DO get to re-roll our random draft, but we DONT get to choose which tier we are in. It’s all random.
So if you get a character on the first go-around that you feel you can’t use, ask for a re-roll. If you still wind up with a character you know nothing about, then just make shit up and cross your fingers.
