Batman gets Silver Surfer powers along with all of the knowledge that Surfer have of that power. He gets a year to practice with it and he is thrown into battle with Superman who is set on taking him out. Who's winning this? No bfr.
Why not just put Silver Surfer, instead of someone who has all the powers and experience and knowledge of Silver Surfer.
Because it amounts to the same thing.

When has Batman ever beaten Superman? I can’t believe that they actually allowed that to happen. I’m not saying you’re lying, I’m just saying that Superman can all but hear what Batman is thinking.
