I don't see this as a political or partisan issue, not really. The office obviously shouldn't have used his work email, but I can't fault him too hard because in the realm of malfeasance, this is kids stuff. I've personally seen much worse, and from entities like Yale New Haven Hospital and the City of New Haven IT department.. (They essentially stole software)
So yeah, only story I see is an employer looking for any opportunity they can get to screw over an employee.

I think they would. Not for the least reason being most officers probably sympathize with the right compared to the left.
You have to understand, any time a unions involved companies jump at the first chance go get rid of someone. Abusing his email account for personal business gave them that chance. Politics don't come into it, its all about saving the department money.

I was unaware any BLM members would be in court for shooting anyone soon. Or storming the Capitol etc. That's more the guys whose politics align with you Eon.
If we're only talking about "align", someone can bring in the black on black crime rates.
I certainly won't, just saying pointing at any white person who kills a black person as "one of them" may not be the best tact, when that assumes white on black crime is somehow uniquely Republican, while that other type isn't worth mentioning..
