Per California law, the two candidates with this highest percentages automatically become the candidates. Newsom has it for the Left, Elder will have it for the Right unless he drops out, which is unlikely as he's a nutter who thinks he can still win or some other Rightist candidate overtakes him in popularity to become the nominee,which is also unlikely.
I guess caring about what black people want is a sham.

The fact California is an "extremely blue" state doesn't change the fact that lots of cheating went on.
Also, we all know that states can change from blue to red or red to blue. California wasn't always a blue state.
