Alright, I understand what you're saying. She's an elitist and you obviously don't like that. I mean, I get it, but I don't know how we can have an alternative other than a full revolution.

These are the top 15 countries for GDP:

United States: $20.89 trillion
China: $14.72 trillion
Japan: $5.06 trillion
Germany: $3.85 trillion
United Kingdom: $2.67 trillion
India: $2.66 trillion
France: $2.63 trillion
Italy: $1.89 trillion
Canada: $1.64 trillion
South Korea: $1.63 trillion
Russia: $1.48 trillion
Brazil: $1.44 trillion
Australia: $1.32 trillion
Spain: $1.28 trillion
Indonesia: $1.05 trillion

https://globalpeoservices.com/top-1...by-gdp-in-2022/

The locations are pretty interesting. India, Indonesia and Australia in the Indian Ocean, China, Korea, Japan, Russia, Canada, U.S.A and Mexico in the north Pacific Ocean, and Britain, Spain, Italy, France and Germany in Europe. (Okay, we left Europe and Russia's being a dick, but these are the strong economies now.

I know I haven't mentioned Africa, but we have to move on from our colonial past.

Yes, I'm sure a lot of Brexiteers probably wanted cheap choc ices from Kenyan labour and hate the Belgian chocolate magnum because it's just a choc ice on a stick. Using that anecdote as a metaphor for a lot of the "good old days" and I understand your gripe with the Conservatives and rich minority conservatives but we don't live in a world of viceroys anymore.

Whenever we have these discussions about global trade Whirly, I keep asking you, what is the alternative?

Nigeria keep the poor so poor most don't have electricity. There's not enough Oil money for all but there's enough for some to live very well. Nigeria has the highest level of poverty per capita in the world. It also has the most billionaires in Africa.

Tory UK will be similar... did you now food banks have increased by 1172% since the Tories came to power. We have 1172 now. We had none before and a working benefits system.

The argument regarding food banks is they weren't classed as food banks before. Then again, that is an alarming statistic. Can you back that up?

As for Nigeria, could greater relations with the U.K. improve Nigerian society?

#inb4 not with the Tories in power lol

No, it's not classification, food banks did not exist. A quick Google search will do you. Haha, most colonial countries are happy with relations how they are and run by elites until the next revolution, where they usually survive because its a family relative in one of the wealthy families who is usually the senior ranking officer revolting. He'll then either bring back "democracy" through his and the other wealthy families after committing atrocities for ten years as shithole nations nth republic, or reign till he is 80 as God Emperor of shit hole country. It is what it is.

My the way it's a 117200% increase as each 1 of the 1172 is a 100% increase on zero.

Yet here is a Nigerian politician running for the leader of the Conservative party as a young outsider who is already beaten elite politicians and is fighting against being ousted by the elites. Don't you hate elites like Rishi Sunak, Priti Patel, Liz Truss and Boris Johnson? Don't you wish an outsider would run for the Tories? You live in Nigeria and have a Nigerian family. Wouldn't you love for your wife and children to see a Nigerian politician in charge of a major political country? Badenoch even mentions this in her TED talks I posted about how you'd never see Dibango telling Boris Johnson how to run his country, yet Elton John will go to Africa singing songs and helping them run their country.

By the way, any increase from 0 is an increase of infinity. Next time, get your maths and grammar correct before you try to be condescending.

Either you didn't watch the video, or dismissed everything she said about elitism, African culture and segregation. You clearly don't know shit about black people. I'm starting to think Surtur was right about you. You compared Bradenoch to Gabbard because they're both minorities (not even realising that Gabbard is a Democrat and Badenoch is a Conservative) so are immediately picking colour over philosophy there and clearly just picked whichever female minority politician in America you could think of.

I'm disappointed in you. no

There's something else that bothers me. Why don't you think she'll win a general election?

Ad hominems aside, why don't I think she can win a general election? A lot of British people voted for Brexit and the others will see straight through her.

She's right though. The UK is a country of low expectations. Why else would we be considering her as fit to be Prime Minister?

The dross of Cameron, May and Johnson? 2 of the candidates were in the front bench and another candidate was Jeremy Hunt?

Jaden already answered this.

To be fair she is more of a British Candice Owens than Gabbard. Spouting to daily mail readers "I'm one of the good ones".

Oh, I just realised. When you said ad hominems aside, you were referring to me, not yourself restraining from attacking me. Then again, you did refer to Badenoch as a British Tulsi Gabbard and then went as far as comparing her to Candace Owens! laughing

Was it the "don't know shit about black people?"

So more of the same. She thinks profits should come before the environment. She thinks profits should come before company ethics. She wants to cut taxes to cut spending. If she thinks company profits are such a priority which taxes do you think she'll cut? Your income tax or national insurance or your fuel taxes? Or do you think she'll cut corporation tax, capital gains taxes?

And what do you think she'll cut in public spending to pay for it?
