I think metoidioplasties produce better outcomes than phalloplasties. And it is better for a transman to have what amounts to a micropenis than something that is the size of a normal penis, but does not look or function like one at all.

I think it's a combination of self-hate and deflection from their own actions, similar to when Christians shit all over gay people and equal rights for gay people, yet are having same-sex affairs themselves.
