Hard fight to call, mostly because they don't have enough feats that we can scale off of each other.
In pure skill, I give the edge to Valkyrie. Knocking out Loki in short order is still more impressive than anything Thena has done. And if this was pure h2h I'd say Val wins.
But Thena's ability to generate any weapon from thin air gives a pretty big advantage as well. It gives her a reach advantage, more angles of attack, and specialized weaponry for whatever she plans to do.
So in the end... maybe a tie? I could see each one taking 5/10 wins over the other. If I had to choose I might give Val the slight nod.
