that is wrong Freddy can't die Freddy been brought back many times as well as Jason, but seriously you have to at what powers they both possess and as I see it Freddy comes out on top. You are right that jason don't sleep, but freddy can crossover into the real world which is going to be despicted in the movie. I like Jason as well but Freddy can shape shift appear in one spot and then another and have the powers of hell, but this just a story. What should have happened to make it even was to let Jason go after Mike Myers but Myers character is owned by another production company.
whether Freddy is joking while he killing you, in some aspect it still acheived its effects.They all had very good 1st movies. We all have our favorites it's just we all have to respect that. Anyway it does not matter for there is two endings and theere will be no real winner just another way to get your money.
I agree with you on Mike Myers. I found 1 and 2 to be excellent while 3 missed the ballpark. Mike Myers is just as invincble as Jason as well as Freddy for they are fictional characters that can be killed and brought back to life at anytime. When I heard that this movie was coming out I thought it was stupid. just like the one with Superman and Batman going head to head. What it boils down to is one's preference.

My Viewpoint on this movie is biased being as Ive been waiting for this film for six years. I have a Freddy tatto on my back, and an undying love for
both of the stars involved, so now that thats clear, on to the subject at hand... This movie is godlike on so many levels. First off, the movie satisfies nicley for the requirements of a true horror movie; Gore? Check.... Innovative kills? ... Check, Nudity? ...Check. But this movie is no basic slasher film, from the great special effects, decent acting, outstanding storyline, and a plethora of other reasons on why this movie rises head and sholders above the rest.
This movie redeems Jason X and Wes Cravens new nightmare very nicley Freddy has alot of nice one liners, and the movie explores jasons past much
like freddy's past was explored in Freddys Dead: The Final Nightmare. The only problem Ive seen that really bothered me after the first watching was that during a scene where a normal person would be terrified and in fear, one of the lead male actors was smiling he was actually grinning as certian death was in his sight. I couldnt enjoy the 5.6 second camera angle because i was focused on his horribly out of place facial expression.
Unfortunaly the ending was cut short to revel a message along the lines of If you wish to see the final 60 seconds of Freddy vs. Jason and see who wins
and whats left of him, watch the movie in theaters August 15th and i can assure you, I will definatly be seeing that movie on the 15th and every day after that.
My guess, Leatherface comes out and attacks the survivors setting up the next VS. movie... j/k.
Okay I jus' have one thing to say. I jus' finished watchin' the trail right now. An' I gotta say the victims in this movie jus' seem dumber. I mean one guy stared at Jason an' then threw water on him?? What the ? But the fight scenes between Jason an' Freddy look cool!!
yeah but you want dumb people as victims in these movies other wise they would do the logical things and there would be no movie, i mean hasnt anyone figured that maybe they should just move away from elm street

hmmm...Freddy VS Jason====How many movies are they going to do with those two killers. I guess it is one of those things that never die. It would have been great to see Michael Myers in the movie. Or maybe even alien...lol...Now that would be interesting to see. An all out slash fest--The fight to the finish.
PIN HEAD PIN HEAD would deffintly be the best dude to fight in an all out slasher movie he would win over ne one even the humans would lose cause they never kill him they just always send him bak to hell
I believe he must, if you have seen Jason X you will know that the reason Jason cannot die is that his body is capabale of self healing beyond that of any normal human beings capablities, the only time i can really think of him healing himself is when he sleeps, this is just my personal theory.
Good thoery and i am thinkin this maybe just maybe when like a human is sleeping then like freddy is in their dreams and then jason comes to kill the human but thenn freddy can control the humans body when they r alseep and then change himself into himself through their body and is capable of havin all of his power cause if u have seen the preview then u can see when freddy is that one guy then changes himself into himself so that is one of my theorys. tell me if it sucks or if it is good
does anyone really consider jasonX as a movie i mean it wasnt even a fun B movie to watch it was just a bad concept, i mean do you think they went of there way to make that movie fake? i hope so i think Ash from evil dead would be a good battle against any horror villian though except Pinhead he's in a league all his own i dont think any horror monster could really fight against him and put up a good fight especially against his cynobites ...chattering mouth rules
