I don't like every single show Disney is using the IP for being set in the same familiar settings and timelines with characters we already know. It's boring fanservice for fans who just want the same shit over and over again (and yet somehow Boba Fett and to an admittedly lesser extent Obi-Wan managed to even **** that up hahahah) because they are still emotionally hysterical about the sequel trilogy.

The Mandalorian is the best of the live action shows and even it was still ultimately too close and connected to the OT for my tastes. But at least it did have mostly an original cast.

Like, did anyone really give a shit about what Obi was doing on Tatooine?
