The average woman boss lives up to the stereotype. All they do is act like the picture of the old battleaxe, treating all her subordinates like a miserable woman treats a hen pecked husband who can do nothing to satisfy her, while kissing up to her superiors like a gold digger tramp looking at money.
The only thing they do well is knuckle under to authority and cover their asses. Which is the real reason women leaders are pushed so hard, they keep the rank and file in check. They're corporate dominatrix's with a whip in hand, perfect middle management material.
