Possible, we'll find out in time. Rudy is someone who will flip in a heart beat to save himself though and a "proffer agreement" was reached, which usually means a person has turned states evidence in return for some protections.
To be fair Trump was way ahead in the polls. Until a mysterious dump pulled Biden ahead.
Even non Trumper friends pointed it out, it was bizarre.
