Not that Trumpers will ever care, but the Republican 2024 presidential nominee has been found liable of sexual assault in court, liable of defaming his sexual assault victim, with another defamation trial pending and could possibly be a convicted felon soon and with multiple other criminal cases pending trial dates.

Trump says bad workers are better than good workers because you can fire them and get someone else but the average well behaved worker doesn't take the company anywhere and it's frustrating. He neglects to mention exceptional workers who drive the company forward, but his point is pretty clear. You don't want a company permanently in purgatory.
