The original "Family Values" Conservative Sex Scandals thread has mysteriously disappeared, so I have started a new one.
This particular post is a follow-up to an incident I reported in July of 2020.
Pastor Francis Hughes was sentenced to five years in prison by U.S. District Judge Philip M. Halpern for his receipt of images of child pornography from a 15-year-old minor in Westchester, New York with whom he was engaging in sexually explicit text communications. Hughes pled guilty on August 16, 2022 before Judge Halpern.
On February 16th 2020, Huges communicated by text messages with a 15-year-old boy. During the course of the text communications, the boy sent Hughes three images of his penis. Upon receiving one of the images, Hughes responded,"Yummmmm I will suck you so much" and "Make you cum." During the communications, Hughes told the boy that he was a part-time college professor and a counselor.
An East Texas pastor has been arrested on accusations of indecency with a child. Timothy Nall, 68, of Hollylake Ranch was booked Monday into the Smith County Jail on a charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact. Charges were brought forth by Wood County, according to online jail records. Nall is the pastor at Mt. Pigsah Baptist Church in Mineola.
This is not the first time Nall has faced charges regarding sexual crimes against children. In June 2013, Nall was charged with sexual battery against a teen girl, while serving as the pastor of Farmington Baptist Church in Corinth, Mississippi.
In September 2014, he was indicted for sexual battery and fondling based on allegations he used his finger to penetrate a 6-year-old child. Nall remains in the Smith County Jail.
Christian Camp Counselor Gets 7 Years for Child Sex
A 33-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man was sentenced Tuesday to seven years in prison for inappropriately touching a child while he was a counselor at a Christian camp. Remington J. Nystrom pleaded no contest to a charge of second-degree sexual assault of a child on April 12th, which was the day he was scheduled to go to trial.
The charge was reduced from a charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of 13.
The case stems from a report made to the attorney general's clergy and faith leader abuse initiative, according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice. The statewide initiative investigates clergy and faith leaders accused of sexual abuse.
Then it could be that every back-to-back post he does in the Eternal Sunshine of Guy222's and Rao's Minds (v2.0) thread will be reported until he is likewise removed.

And I NEVER "reported" the thread. I complained in the forums about the hypocrisy inherent in "outing" Christians, where a similar thread full of nothing but Islam or Judaism child abuse would be called out for Islamaphobia or Anti-Semitism, on the basis that you would rightly claim many religions have child abuse cases yet I only focus on one religion.
You guys seem to think just because Christians are a majority religion they are fair game while Muslims and Jews are not to be targeted. That isn't how it works.
There is no such thing as "Punching up" or "Punching down". Start posting 1000 child abuse cases for Muslims and Jews for every 1000 Christian, and I'll call you fair.

I hope you will not go, Bash; you are one of my favorite people here. We were e Enemies; I honestly think I was more of a **** to you, then we were friendly e Enemies for a decade, then firm e-friends. If you are serious, it is a great shame; I love you, Bash (in an e-friend way). I also love Imp as an e-friend too; you are part of a past here, which means less to all of us than it once did, and rightly so. It's tough for him to bother to mod at all; when he became a mod twenty years ago, the forum was active. It all seemed to matter more, or at least a bit, and we all cared. None of us were as cynical, and a lot of stuff here is now just here, just posted for groups. The other thing is when people fall out here, who do the last mods back? So they stand back because whoever it is, someone will give them grief for it; I also think they just can't be bothered, much like the rest of us. In a way, nobody does care here because we have seen it all before. People back their friends on here to a greater or lesser extent, but when it gets dirty, most people just can't be bothered. Trolling doesn't work, and what is trolling is just in the eye of the poster; their perception about what is being written by a poster may differ from another member or even the poster themselves. We are all posting much less everywhere; my screen time on my phone since COVID is much lower. None of it matters, and truthfully, none of us care; the question is, should we? I think no. But that's me.

Honestly, with how outdated this forum is, the original thread could have been deleted by accident. I think deleting posts can sometimes nuke a thread to oblivion.
It was likely that instead of deletion after so long, even with cdtm whining about it non stop.
I happen to be Catholic. I'll call out child abuse by Catholics, I'll condemn cover ups. That doesn't mean I won't get offended if you pile on my religion, or take note that you leave competing religions alone.
Because you feel an attack on Catholics is an attack on Conservatives. You care about scoring points, not about the welfare of children. Your own gloating proves this.

False. When you posted the few stories of Muslims and Jewish Conservatives abusing children, I called them deplorable just the same. I did not excuse one child abuse over another because the abuser was of a certain region. You're flat out lying again.
Now 99.9% of the stories in the old thread were abuses from Catholics and Evangelicals, as it seems they're more likely to do it in America, as they're the larger religions.
As always, you're free to continue posting all these Jewish and Muslim abuse stories you claim exist, no one is stopping you. Do that instead of whinging because Catholics keep getting caught with their hand in the kiddie jar.
A minister and Christian school teacher in Ventura County has been charged with multiple felony counts of child abuse, including accusations that he tried to meet up with a 15-year-old girl for sex.
Barry Fike, 67, of Fillmore was arrested on Monday following an investigation by the Ventura County Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. Fike, a minister at Fillmore Church of Christ, pleaded not guilty to all charges during his arraignment Wednesday.
"The conversations were sexual in nature and Fike shared explicit photos of himself with the victim, who was actually an undercover officer," the Ventura County District Attorney's Office said in a news release.
Fike is being held in custody with bail set at $150,000, according to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. The Fillmore resident previously taught at Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village for nearly 11 years.
Fike also taught at Pepperdine University but "is not currently an instructor at the university," according to the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. Pepperdine University spokesperson Michael Friel confirmed that Fike last taught at the school in December 2021.
In an ironic twist, Fike shared a social media post by Charlie Kirk, suggesting that the "liberal media" is "attacking" the film Sound of Freedom, because it purports to expose child sex trafficking.
