Ah yes. Performative justice. We're good at that in the UK. It's more important to appear to be fixing a problem than it is to actually fix a problem. It's also much cheaper and easier.
This is the Metropolitan Police's idea of fixing their problem of institutional racism, sexism and homophobia.
You'd be going to jail if racist was an imprisonable offense here.
