Your first mistake is thinking that there's any differentiation between silver age and current Fisk. He continues to accrue superhuman feats. Just flip back a page in this thread and look at him chokeslamming Tombstone. "OHOTMU" is simply wrong - in fact, his most superhuman feats have been since OHOTMU.
Bane has some nice feats, yes. He's no Kingpin, but he's still cool.

Batman on venom drawing blood from Superman pretty much trumps any feat Kingpin or Daredevil have and Bane on venom would be at least as strong as Batman on venom.

I didn't "insist" on anything. You mentioned Daredevil as if it implies anything. I shrugged and said everybody has low showings. Losses are low showings. It doesn't matter to me how you categorize it.

Tombstone has a lot of low showings though. He hasn't really been formidable since his early days as a Spidey rogue.
I mean Luke Cage kicked his ass how many times in that stupid early 90's comic where he wore skinny jeans? Plus Matt and the sledgehammer, plus the Fisk I just showed you, plus that time Shang Chi took him (I don't really remember that he did but I bet it happened)
Bane jobs to Azbats and he gets taken down with a super convoluted setup where he's tackled off a cliff, or loses his footing on a train and eats a kick, Lonny simply gets taken down.
