Everything printed aside from Hostess Cream Puffs, and special events like charity events, etc is actually canon. On KMC it isn't canon because it is a company cross over, and even then it can at times become murky.

Read the Gladiator vs Supreme comic. It states the difference in power, and strength. Gladiator was barely holding on. Al makes Omni Man who happens to be able to go toe to toe with Supreme evenly, look like classic Juggernaut vs Captain Britain in comparison.
