I don't think Dumbledore works on demand like that. I know when I was prepubescent, the headmaster did do some teaching in order to keep in touch, but it doesn't appear to work that way at Hogwarts.

Tonks? That's exactly what I put in fanfic....
I made disgused as old woman,
Dumbledore -- I am pleased to introduce to you our youngest ever DADA teacher!!!!
(crowd looks at old woman)
Ron: Huh?
i'm still trying to figure snape out but he's one of my favourite characters and i think he'ld be awsome at dada. but he's already got potions and then they'ld have to find a new teacher for that.
dumbledore would make the best teacher but i think he'll be way too busy!
tonks would be cool, but not sure if you can be an auror as well as a teacher.
i think it will be another new character, but if it was one of the three up there my vote would go to tonks.
Well, he was in a temper...his godfather's dead. He's running out of people to turn to. He was pretty dumb with Dumbledore, yes, but we can forgive him for that, can't we?
I like Professor Snape as a character and I'm sure he would be a great Auror, but he's definitely not a legitimately good teacher. He may be knowledgeable, but he's very bias and among other things.
