Synopsis: Gothika centers on a female psychiatrist (Berry) who wakes up as a patient in the asylum for the criminally insane where she works and finds that she is being charged with a murder she has no memory of committing. As she wrestles to regain her memory, she finds that she is the pawn of a vengeful spirit. Cruz will play Chloe, a charismatic yet deranged patient at the facility.
