Amanda Peet & Mulroney In 'Griffen And Phoenix'

Amanda Peet and Dermot Mulroney are to star in the love story Griffen and Phoenix, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Ed Stone, one of the writers and producers of 1999's Happy, Texas, in which he also appeared as an actor, will make his directorial debut, working from his own screenplay.

Mulroney and Peet will portray the title characters, two lovers who are unaware of the tragic secret each possesses

Griffen and Phoenix is set to begin shooting this fall.
