Synopsis: When Tommy Hart, a B-24 navigator, is shot down over Europe and thrown into a Nazi POW camp, fellow prisoners assign him to defend the camp's lone black prisoner, a Tuskeegee airman who has been wrongly accused of murdering a fellow white prisoner. While Hart struggles to prove himself worthy of his rank, preparing his client's case forces him to choose between his country and his own morality.
