Focus Features Takes On 'Hot Stuff'
[Monday, August 29th, 2005]Focus Features is distribute director Phillip Noyce's thriller Hot Stuff, says Variety.
The featuer is based the true story of African National Congress freedom fighter Patrick Chamusso. Tim Robbins plays a policeman who insinuates himself into the lives of Chamusso and his family, as Chamusso, an oil refinery worker, experiences a political awakening.
The project is shooting in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Mozambique, and will wrap in October for a 2006 release.
