Business partners Black and Blue run a shopping center out of their van. They're not having much luck making a buck until they scam their way into a truckload of cellphones. Now, the cash is rolling in, the girls are coming on they're going mobile... upwardly mobile. But when the bootleg phones break down, wires start to cross and chaos takes over... they're going to have to pay.
